Vallis Media A base camp for those who just arrive on Gran Pulse. There are a few paths that lead away from the area that open up to clearings. For the most part, it is restricted by canyon walls that tower over it. |

Archylte Steppe This area is a massive open area that contains most of the wildlife on Pulse. |

Mah'habara Subterra The subterra is made up of a network of underground tunnels that are carved out by the fal'Cie Atomos. There are also remnants of what looks to be a mining operation in the area. |

Oerba The village is pretty much abandoned. A blanket of crystal dust covers everything; all the homes, wind farms and oil rigs. There is a huge bridge that connects the now abandoned village to the outside world. |

Yaschas Massif This area has been completely ruined by something in the past. Buildings and what appear to be skyscrapers had collapsed and crumbled creating a very complex environment which leads to easily getting lost. It would seem that this area was once a very advanced society. |
